Job summary

Home Instead Ramona is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team and enhance the lives of aging adults in our community. Competitive pay of $19.00–$21.00 per hour with flexible schedules and paid training.

Provide in-home care, transportation to appointments and errands, meal planning, light housekeeping, and personal care. You will help seniors stay safe and independent, with support from 24/7 staff.

Qualifications

• A caring and empathetic nature.
• Ability to pass a background and DMV check.
• CA driver’s license required.
• A clean, safe, reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care to elderly clients.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support seniors to stay independent and supported at home.
