At Home Healthcare provides non-medical, in-home services across Tennessee. Flexible scheduling, insurance options, paid time off, and parental leave are among the benefits. Training is provided at no cost for certification, making it accessible even without prior experience.

Employees assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping while maintaining dignity and compassion. This role emphasizes safety and respectful care in a one-on-one setting.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and willing to improve skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, cooking, and personal care services.
• Willingness to follow health, safety, confidentiality and company standards.
• Ability to lift/move up to 35 pounds.
• Demonstrated compassion and respect for all persons.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ambulation, dressing, personal care, hygiene, eating).
• Help with mobility around the house and to appointments or activities.
• Plan and prepare meals, assist with serving/eating as needed.
• Complete client shopping or accompany them to shop.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as required.
• Provide a pleasant and supportive companionship.
• Report unusual incidents to the office promptly.
• Rate of pay $16.00-$17.00 per hour.
