Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. You will support patients at home with daily living activities, meal preparation, hygiene, and mobility assistance while ensuring safety and confidentiality.

No prior experience required; we offer paid training and flexible scheduling to help you start your caregiving career with Home Helpers. Reliable transportation and own vehicle recommended for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass background check, per state requirements.
• Pass drug screen, per state requirements.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Complete meal preparation assistance and assist with eating as needed.
• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Perform housekeeping tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dishes).
• Complete laundry tasks (wash, dry, fold, store).
• Assist with running errands (grocery shopping, medical supplies).
• Always punctual, reliable and dependable.
