Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network Nevada (CDNV) is seeking caring individuals to provide in-home support to clients in their homes and communities. You will help with daily activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, promoting independence and safety in a one-on-one setting.

Qualifications

• Kind-hearted with a strong sense of responsibility and a desire to help others.
• Ability to follow care plans and complete tasks with professionalism and respect.
• Willingness to travel to member homes; caseload varies by region and preference.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly with clients and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential in-home support to clients, up to five per week, based on availability.
• Assist with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Support meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship.
• Provide dignified care with transfers, toileting, and feeding assistance.
• Promote safety, wellness, and quality of life for clients.
