Job summary

Western Slope In-Home Care is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate care to clients in their own homes in NW Colorado. You’ll help with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility while promoting independence and safety.

The role offers hourly pay of $19.00–$22.00, with benefits eligible at 30+ hours per week and a 401K after two years. Training on infection control and PPE is provided as part of orientation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year of caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Infection control training and PPE provided at orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly or recovering patients.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medication.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or walks.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Complete client shopping or accompany to shops.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Report unusual incidents and act quickly in emergencies.
• Provide daily living assistance including meals and related tasks.
