Seniors Helping Seniors Ozarks is hiring in Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Battlefield, Rogersville, and Willard for in-home caregiving roles. Caregivers—who are seniors themselves—provide companionship, light housekeeping, meals, errands, and transportation in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities include personal care tasks, medication reminders, and memory care support with a focus on compassionate, professional service and reliable communication with the office.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with the senior population and demonstrate care and reliability.
• Must be empathetic, compassionate, and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Able to follow detailed instructions to execute care plans.
• Maintain professionalism and be proactive in assisting seniors.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and homemaker duties as described (light housekeeping, errands, meal prep).
• Offer medication reminders and basic care support (dressing, bathing assistance, mobility aid).
• Support with shopping, transportation to appointments, and incidental trips.
• Maintain timely arrival for services and properly document all care provided.
• Communicate changes to the office and participate in in-service opportunities.
