Job summary

Home Instead, Inc. in Willmar, MN is hiring compassionate caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. You will provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments in clients' homes.

We offer reliable pay from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid training, 401(k) options, healthcare including dental, sign-on bonuses, referral bonuses, and paid time off. Weekend availability is preferred to serve aging adults in the community.

Qualifications

• 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Experience with Hoyer lifts, EZ stands, and gait belts (CNA preferred).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Compliance with Minnesota regulations and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and light housekeeping.
• Assist with meals, medications reminders, and errands.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Support activities of daily living and dementia care.
