Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors Provo Sandy is seeking caring In-Home Caregivers to help Utah seniors live independently at home. This part-time, in-person role offers flexible hours from a few hours up to 25 per week and the chance to make a meaningful difference in clients’ daily lives.

Duties include companionship, shopping, cooking meals, personal care, light housekeeping and safe transportation. No certifications are required; background checks are completed as part of the onboarding process to

Qualifications

• Mature individuals with patience, empathy, reliability and a cheerful disposition.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients and families.
• Able to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently; able-bodied is a must.
• All caregivers must pass a background check; onboarding will guide you through the process.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to seniors.
• Shop for groceries and run errands.
• Prepare meals and assist with cooking.
• Assist with personal care as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Transport clients as required.
