SYNERGY HomeCare of NW Atlanta seeks compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home with daily tasks, meal prep, mobility, and social engagement. You will build meaningful relationships and help clients enjoy life with dignity.

We offer flexible scheduling, travel consideration, overtime pay, training, and an AFLAC insurance option. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Candidates should be compassionate, social, trustworthy and service-minded.
• Autonomy and self-motivation are important for this role.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test evidence are required or obtainable.
• Georgia Background Check Program / Fingerprinting may be required.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, oral care, and mobility.
• Prepare snacks and meals to support client nutrition.
• Encourage light exercise to keep clients active.
• Tidy and maintain a comfortable home environment.
• Transport clients to appointments and social activities.
