Job summary

ComForCare is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to provide in-home support in the Oklahoma City area. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and share meaningful companionship to keep clients safe and independent.

We offer flexible schedules, both full-time and part-time roles, paid training, weekly pay, and referral bonuses. A background check and reliable transportation are required; caregiving experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong desire to help and support others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to care.
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Must be able to pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist with mobility and movement within the home.
• Support personal care and hygiene needs.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals.
• Complete light housekeeping duties.
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with daily household routines and activities.
