Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking caring, reliable aides to join our Moses Lake branch. You will perform in-home care tasks, assist with daily living activities, and provide companionship to clients in the community.

We value teamwork, safety, and compassion, with flexible scheduling and paid orientation. Training is provided, and all caregivers are supported with 24/7 assistance and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Own a smartphone with a mobile app.
• Must pass state and national background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with clean driving record.
• Willing to enroll in HCA training if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.).
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients to store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition
