Job summary

AmeriCare Plus is hiring CNAs, NAs and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home personal care to clients in their own homes. Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with weekly pay, benefits, and ongoing training are available.

You will assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, medications reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, and health monitoring to support clients’ daily well-being.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required (online training for PCA)
• Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver's license
• SS card and 2 professional references
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair)
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
