Job summary

AmeriCare Plus seeks compassionate CNAs, NAs, and PCAs to provide in-home personal care to clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and companionship while maintaining a safe, respectful home environment.

Flexible schedules (FT/PT/PRN) are available with weekly pay and benefits for eligible staff. Training and PPE are provided to support ongoing care excellence.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required.
• Reliable transportation and Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card and two professional references.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
