Job summary

AmeriCare Plus in Virginia is seeking compassionate CNA/NA/PCA professionals to provide in-home personal care. Flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules and meaningful work in the comfort of clients' homes.

Responsibilities include hygiene assistance, mobility support, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping. Requirements include certification, Virginia driver’s license, SS card, and two references. Weekly pay and benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• CNA/NA/PCA certification required; PCA training available online.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• SS card and two professional references.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair)
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
