Job summary

Home Instead in Mountain View, CA is hiring full-time caregivers. Pay is $20.50-$21.25/hr, with shifts ranging from 3 to 12 hours and reliable transportation often needed.

As a caregiver, you will build relationships with clients through companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and provide personal care. You’ll have 24/7 office support and access to our caregiving app for scheduling and earnings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilinguals encouraged.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
• Dedicated support from our team, available 24/7 and accessible via mobile app.
