Job summary

TheKey in San Diego, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to join a team serving aging adults in their homes. Earn TOP PAY RATES of $19.00–$22.00 per hour with flexible full-time or part-time shifts.

You’ll provide personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship with support from local management. Benefits include paid training, mileage reimbursement, weekly pay with daily pay option, and medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements.
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 in-home assistance with personal care (dressing, bathing, grooming, meals).
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands.
• Companionship and social engagement to support emotional well-being.
