Job summary

Amivie, LLC in Minnesota seeks a caring, dependable Caregiver to provide in-home support to clients in their homes and communities. You will assist with daily living activities, companionship, light homemaking, and safety measures according to each client’s care plan.

The ideal candidate is patient, respectful, and able to work independently while staying engaged with the care team. You will help clients maintain independence and quality of life with dignity, comfort, and confidence.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to care.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the broader care team.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
• Assist with daily routines that support client comfort, independence, and dignity.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement to reduce isolation and support emotional well-being.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, errands, and other homemaker tasks as assigned.
• Support safe mobility, including walking, transferring, turning, positioning, and use of approved assistive equipment when appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders or assistance with pre-dosed medications within role guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, needs, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow each client’s individualized care plan and document services accurately and timely.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, supervisors, and care team members.
• Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for every person supported.
