SYNERGY HomeCare in the San Diego area is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You will assist clients with personal care, meals, and daily routines, providing companionship and support in the comfort of their own homes.

We train you, recognize your dedication, and offer flexible full- and part-time schedules, plus overtime, weekend shifts, and direct deposit. If you are reliable, caring, and eager to make a difference, we would love to connect with you.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• Pass background and reference checks.
• Physically able to perform job duties.
• Basic English language skills.
• Minimum 24 hours per week with at least one weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, meals, and daily routines, helping them live comfortably and independently.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Give medication reminders and observe changes in client condition.
• Build trusting, respectful relationships through kindness, clear communication, and professionalism.
• Be dependable—arrive on time, stay consistent, and give your best every shift.
