Job summary

Visiting Nurse Association Community Services seeks compassionate in-home caregivers to support families under the CHC Waiver in Pennsylvania. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, perform light housekeeping, and remind about medications while following a client care plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background checks required (criminal, child abuse clearance).
• No certification or prior experience needed – training provided.
• Care recipient must be enrolled in CHC Waiver or seeking services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal prep.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying up.
• Medication reminders (no dispensing).
• Accompany client to appointments and errands.
• Follow a care plan coordinated by a CHC service coordinator.
