Qualifications

• Pass State/National Background Check.
• Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, clean driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Assist with safe transfers, walking, and use of mobility equipment.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition, behavior, or needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Communicate effectively with family members, supervisors, and other members of the care team.
• Follow the client's individualized care plan in WellSky and all applicable safety procedures.
