Amivie is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home, person-centered support to clients in New Brighton, MN. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and homemaking according to each client’s care plan, delivering safe, respectful, and dignified help.

Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and able to communicate clearly with clients and families. No formal experience required, but a willingness to learn and a true desire to improve quality of life

• Reliability, punctuality, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the care team.
• Ability to assist with personal care as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care support including dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
• Assist with daily routines to support comfort, independence, and dignity.
• Provide companionship to reduce isolation and support emotional well-being.
• Assist with light homemaker tasks: meal prep, laundry, errands.
• Support safe mobility and use of assistive equipment as appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders within guidelines and regulations.
• Observe and report changes to supervisor.
• Follow individualized care plans and document services accurately.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, supervisors, and care team.
• Promote a safe, welcoming, inclusive environment.
