Job summary

We are hiring for In-Home CareGivers to provide quality in-home care and build meaningful relationships with clients. You will assist with daily living activities and help clients stay socially connected through appointments and errands.

We welcome applicants from CareGivers, Medical, CNA, Nursing, Hospitality and related fields. A flexible schedule (10–40 hours per week) and 24/7 support from the office are available. Compensation ranges from $18.50 to $20.00 per hour with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Home Care Aide Registry (HCA) processing assistance available if needed.
• Complete employment verification and reference screening with satisfactory results.
• Experience as a caregiver in home care, community living, or skilled nursing facility.
• TB screening or clear chest X-ray.
• Meet quality standards of care and follow care team procedures.
• Available to work between 10–40 hours per week with some weekend work.
• Reliable transportation to different clients throughout the week, including weekends.
• Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand for ~5 hours per day.
• Able to lift 20–30 pounds and use tools necessary for the job.
• Open to applicants from Caregivers, Medical, CNA, Nursing, Hospitality, etc.

Responsibilities

• Foster deeply connected relationships within the home care environment.
• Use CareGiver mobile app to track work schedule, care plan, and family communication.
• Provide full scope of assistance with daily living activities and client engagement.
