Right at Home in Medford, OR is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors live safely and independently at home. You will provide personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities, following individualized care plans and using our mobile app.

Qualifications

• Background check is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal in-home care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Follow care plans and document daily notes using our mobile app.
• Communicate with our office team.
