Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support, building trusting relationships with seniors who live at home. You will work one-on-one with clients, delivering dignity, empathy, and personalized assistance to enhance quality of life.

We offer flexible schedules, fast track to hire, mileage reimbursement between shifts, and opportunities for advancement along with training and development to support your growth in the role.

Qualifications

• No healthcare certification required, CNA/HHA preferred.
• Experience with Dementia/Alzheimer's care is a plus.
• Daily access to email, Internet, and a mobile phone.
• Must be physically able to lift ~25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide social companionship.
• Assist with daily living tasks (feeding, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep).
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social events.
• Provide standby assistance with transfers.
• Ensure overnight safety and comfort.
