Job summary

Home Helpers of AR is seeking compassionate caregivers to support patients in their homes in Mountain Home, AR. The role emphasizes personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship with flexible scheduling and daily pay options.

Caregivers must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, pass background and drug screenings, and be at least 18 years old. Prior experience is not required as in-office paid training is provided to start your career with Home Helpers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass background check per state requirements.
• Pass drug screen per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Assist with meals as needed and applicable.
• Assist with personal care tasks including baths and dressing.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, dusting, fridge, dishes).
• Handle laundry (washing, drying, folding, putting away).
• Run errands (grocery shopping, medical supplies, post office).
• Be reliable, dependable and punctual.
