Job summary

Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is seeking caring home health aides to provide in-home care for elderly and disabled clients. The role includes personal care tasks, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, with daily pay and flexible full/part-time hours.

Ideal candidates are reliable, energetic, well-organized, and able to pass a background check. TB testing is provided at company expense to support safe in-home services.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation or a way to shift.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• 2 Step TB testing- company paid.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for elderly and disabled clients, helping them live safely and comfortably.
• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Home support (light housekeeping, vacuuming, dusting, washing dishes, laundry).
• Preparing and serving meals.
• Medication reminders.
