TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Nashville and surrounding areas. Earn competitive pay at $16–$18 per hour with flexible full-time or part-time schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping in clients' homes. Applicants must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass TB clearance or chest X-ray.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-ray requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Light housekeeping and organization in client homes.
