Job summary

Because We Care is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to join our team in Georgia. You will provide personalized support to clients, including meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship.

Flexibility is valued as you assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and mobility support, helping clients maintain independence at home. Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate and patient when caring for clients.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from supervisors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing and daily living activities.
• Provide mobility support and safe transfer assistance.
• Offer companionship and light housekeeping to maintain a clean home.
