Care to Stay Home is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our Spokane County team. As an in-home caregiver, you’ll help seniors stay independent and safe in their own homes. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement while you build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Training and development are available to help you grow your caregiving skills. We value dignity, respect, and professionalism in every visit.

Qualifications

• Genuine compassion and a desire to help others.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Respect for clients' dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Ability to work independently in a client's home.
• Reliable transportation to assigned client locations.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional caregiving skills.
• Ability to meet Washington State caregiver employment, background screening, and training requirements.

Responsabilités

• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Preparing meals and providing nutritional support.
• Assisting with mobility and fall prevention.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assisting with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation as authorized.
• Supporting clients living with dementia, Parkinson's, and other age-related conditions.
• Communicating client needs and changes in condition to the care team.
