Senior Helpers is seeking caregivers to support in-home senior care in Frederick County, MD, helping clients age in place with safety and dignity.

You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, and follow care plans under the guidance of a local office team. Competitive pay ($17-$20/hour), flexible scheduling, and paid travel time are offered to fit your life and location.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care to adults, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and assisting with transfers.
• Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle
• Currently CPR certified + Negative TB test results
• Smartphone with data internet access
• Good communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritise tasks as assigned

Responsabilités

• Provide caring companionship through conversation, help with hobbies, meal preparation, and more
• Assist with all aspects of personal hygiene care, diet monitoring, and other activities of daily living.
• Assist with non-medical care needs, including normal aging challenges and hospital recovery
• Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed
