Job summary

AmeriCare Plus in-home personal care agency is hiring CNAs, NAs, and PCAs for weekend care. The role focuses on compassionate, reliable in-home support, including hygiene, mobility, meal prep, medications, companionship, light housekeeping, and health monitoring.

We offer flexible schedules (FT/PT/PRN), weekly pay, and benefits for full-time staff. PCA class and ongoing training are provided to uncertified candidates.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required; online training provided for PCA interest.
• Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card & 2 professional references.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
