Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking experienced, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to serve Spring and Tomball communities. You’ll provide one-on-one in-home support to help clients maintain independence, dignity, safety and quality of life.

Join our team to offer companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities, while following care plans and reporting changes in status. A minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must pass all required background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to assist with lifting, transfers, and physical care as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal care needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Provide attentive support based on each client’s individual needs.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition.
• Follow individual care plans and document services provided.
