You will assist with daily living activities, support mobility, document progress, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams. A high school diploma and 1+ year caregiving experience are preferred; reliable transportation and a caring demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and transfer clients.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Compassionate and caring nature.

Responsabilités

• Providing person-centered care and support to clients with developmental disabilities
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Helping with mobility and transfers, including wheelchair assistance
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Documenting client care and progress, communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Participating in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
