Job summary

Towne Home Care in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCW/CNAs or Home health aides) to provide non-medical in-home support across Arizona. The role emphasizes helping clients maintain independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, transportation assistance, companionship, and reporting changes to supervisors. Competitive pay starts at $19-$20 per hour and weekly pay; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Must be compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Must follow care plans and safety procedures.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and support in clients' homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and organization
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes to supervisors
