SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking caregivers to join our compassionate in-home care team in Fairfax, VA. We offer Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities with a pay rate of $15–$17 per hour, plus training and growth opportunities.

As a caregiver, you will help clients with daily living activities, maintain safety, and engage them in meaningful activities, while communicating clearly with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in home care or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Background check and professional references required

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
