Job summary

Modani Care seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors and adults at home, delivering personalized in-home care. You will assist with daily living tasks, manage medications reminders as needed, support mobility and transfers, prepare meals, offer emotional support, and keep homes safe and clean.

You will work with families and healthcare professionals to develop care plans, document progress, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices and technology.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; compassionate caregiving skills emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Support mobility and transfers, including walking and lifting.
• Prepare meals and snacks and assist with feeding.
• Offer emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Provide individualized care and collaborate on care plans.
• Document daily notes and progress.
