Job summary

Visiting Angels of WNC seeks caring in-home caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors in Lincolnton, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. You’ll work from an individualized Plan of Care, staying connected with our team to meet client needs during visits.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts seven days a week, with flexible scheduling and a focus on building trust and meaningful connections with clients who value independence and dignity at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or CNA preferred.
• CPR or First Aid training is a plus.
• Speak an additional language encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and daily activities.
• Build genuine relationships through companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping to help maintain a comfortable home.
• Observe clients’ well-being and notify the team about changes.
• Follow each client’s Plan of Care for clear care directions.
• Support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, routines, and quality of life.
