Job summary

Venture Forthe Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home and community-based support in Conifer, Colorado. You will travel to clients throughout the Conifer area to assist with daily living tasks and offer companionship.

Responsibilities include personal hygiene, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and following care plans with accurate documentation. We value reliability, professionalism, and a caring approach to help individuals stay safe

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass required background screenings.
• Completion of required training and competency validation.
• Ability to assist with mobility and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
• Previous home care or community-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance including personal hygiene, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
