Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass Level 2 background check.
• CPR certification.
• Must pass drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with everyday personal care and hygiene
• Provide companionship and encourage positive social interaction
• Support clients with walking, mobility, and other daily activities
• Prepare meals and assist with basic household responsibilities
• Provide medication reminders as directed by the client’s care plan
• Follow established care plans and client-specific instructions
• Pay attention to changes in a client’s condition or needs and communicate them appropriately
