Job summary

Eminence Home Care is seeking a Live-in Caregiver/Direct Care Worker to join our team in Connecticut. You will provide direct care and support to clients in their homes or in care settings, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care that promotes independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, hydration, and social engagement. Applicants should have a HS diploma, 1–2 years in home care, and a valid driver’s license is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of home care or related experience.
• CNA certification welcome but not required.
• Valid driver’s license encouraged.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, clean environment.
