Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Current AZ Driver’s License.
• Drug testing required.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Experience caring for clients with dementia.
• 6 months minimum care experience; nursing and CNA students encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients.
• Assist with ambulation, dressing, turning, and transfers.
• Assist with incontinence care and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Monitor client conditions and report updates to the healthcare team.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Maintain client safety and supervise as needed.
