Live Well Home Care specializes in in-home care for individuals who need assistance due to age, illness, or disability. The role involves providing personal care, companionship, and support with daily tasks to ensure comfort and safety in the client’s home and community.

Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with meals, housekeeping, errands, and transporting clients to appointments while maintaining compassionate, respectful service at all times.

Formación

• Prior experience in caregiving or home care preferred.
• Ability to follow written or verbal care plans precisely.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and compassionate communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care including ambulation, bathing, dressing, and meal planning.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage activities to stimulate the mind.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation according to care plans.
• Assist with transportation, errands, and accompanying clients to medical facilities as specified.
• Monitor safety in the home and report unsafe conditions to the Branch Manager.
• Maintain records and assist with coordination with the Client Care Team per care plans.
• Ensure service delivery in accordance with agency policies and industry standards.
