New Hope In-Home Care is seeking dependable, compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support seniors and adults in Columbia, Spring Hill, and nearby communities. We offer full-time and part-time roles, with weekend shifts and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Responsibilities include non-medical in-home care, personal assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and safe transportation. Travel to client homes is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of caregiving experience; professional or family caregiving accepted
• Be compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and New Hope staff
• Be able to travel reliably to assigned client homes
• Have a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Successfully complete all required background, registry, and pre-employment screenings in accordance with applicable law and company policy
• Remain calm and follow appropriate procedures during emergencies
• Be able to follow written care plans and document completed services accurately

In-Home Caregiver | $14–$15 per Hour

New Hope In-Home Care is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults in Columbia, Spring Hill, and surrounding communities.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Depending on the client’s individual care plan, responsibilities may include:
