Job summary

Superior Senior Care seeks compassionate CNA/PCA/Home Health Aide to join our registry for in-home care in Benton, AR. Flexible full-time and part-time shifts are available to fit your schedule and local community needs.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. Must have CNA or PCA certification, a clean background and drug screen, and the ability to follow care plans and communicate with families. Arkansas CEU participation is required.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA certification is required.
• Clean criminal background and drug screen.
• Compassionate attitude toward elderly and disabled care.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to client needs.
• Participation in CEUs as required by Arkansas state.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow care plans and communicate with clients and families.
