Synergy HomeCare in Franklin, MA is urgently hiring CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles, with first and second shift options and weekday/weekend shifts.

As a caregiver, you will assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, and following each client’s care plan.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is required.
• Caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care independently in clients' homes.
• Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support mobility, walking, transfers, and safe positioning
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
• Report changes in clients' conditions or care needs to the appropriate team members
