Job summary

Silver Lining Home Healthcare seeks CNAs and HHAs for live-in in-home care in Wilmington and surrounding areas. We tailor care plans to client needs, offering one-on-one personal care and companionship in homes, hospitals, nursing homes, or rehab centers.

Full-time and part-time live-in positions available. We provide a sign-on bonus, a caring career path, and a referral bonus of $500 for referring a friend. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Current CNA or HHA certification, or completion of a DE CNA program.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Physical exam and 2-step PPD/TSpot/FingerPrinting.
• Able to lift, position, transfer, and operate a Hoyer lift.
• Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to each client's Plan of Care.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Operate a Hoyer lift.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Protect client privacy and confidential information.
