Job summary

Right at Home Greater Jax is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors and adults needing assistance to live safely at home. You will support daily living activities and offer companionship and emotional support.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time & part-time), training and ongoing guidance from supportive office staff, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Level 2 background screening is required.
• Valid government-issued photo ID and a second form of ID are required.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Caregiving experience or CNA/HHA background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Follow care plans and document services provided.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
• Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly.
