Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) in Washington DC. You will provide 1:1 in-home personal care and companionship for clients, with flexible daytime and overnight shifts available based on client needs.

This position offers a pay range of $23-$25 per hour depending on experience, as well as benefits like weekly paychecks, referral bonuses, paid time off, and free training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check and medical clearance prior to hire.
• Maintain current state driver’s license and dependable insured automobile.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with clients.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs.
• Light housekeeping to promote a safe and clean environment for client’s home.
• Transportation to appointments and shopping/errands.
• Companionship and supervision.

Skills

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification

Previous CNA and senior care experience

Effective oral and written English communication skills
