At Home Healthcare of Middle Tennessee is hiring for a compassionate caregiver to support clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship, delivering high-quality, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities, cooking, and providing personal care services.
• Willingness to adhere to health, safety, confidentiality, and other company standards.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
• Supportive, compassionate, and respectful of all persons.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ambulation, dressing, personal care, hygiene, eating, or visiting a friend).
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks).
• Plan and prepare meals and assist in serving/eating meals.
• Complete client's shopping or accompany them to do so.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents to the office immediately.
