Job summary

AmeriCare Plus is seeking compassionate CNA/NA/PCA caregivers to deliver in-home personal care in the Bedford area. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and provide companionship in clients' homes. Training is provided where needed, and flexible FT/PT/PRN schedules are available.

We offer weekly pay and potential benefits for full-time staff, with PPE provided and referral programs to support your continued work with clients in the community.

Qualifications

• CNA/NA/PCA certification is required.
• Virginia driver’s license is required.
• SS card and 2 professional references.
• Candidates should be compassionate, patient and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.

Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
